Would you benefit from an e-mail reminder from the Evil Empire to pay your NYC parking tickets?
Can the Gotham City driving public sign up for a voluntary program to receive an e-mail alert whenever they are issued NYC parking tickets? Holy 10 million e-mail alerts!
NYC Council Member Helen Rosenthal introduced a bill before the NYC Council that required the Evil Empire to send an e-mail alert to drivers that received NYC parking tickets (who signed up for this voluntary program).
Here’s a report from PIX 11 News about Council Member Rosenthal’s proposal.
You’ll still be exposed to the shock and awe of an orange, evil, NYC parking ticket sticking out from under your wiper. But, how about a reminder to pay up?
Actually, my preference is an e-mail alert that included the mantra,[Tweet “”Never pay a parking ticket, no questions asked!””]
How ’bout you?
