Question #4: I apologize for not wording the question correctly. The correct wording should have been, “You can park at a “broken meter” if all the parking meters are broken on ONE side of the street.”
The correct answer would have been TRUE. Because the new law defines “Blockface” as one side of the street between intersections. So, a driver no longer has to go on an endless journey searching for parking meters on both sides of the streets for more than one block.
However, the reason the wording was misleading was that the correct answer was still. “TRUE” because if parking meters happened to be broken on BOTH sides of the street, it was legal to park at a broken meter. Obviously, two is sides of the street are better than one side of the street, but no longer necessary.
All that’s necessary is for the parking meters to be broken on one side of the street to park legally at a broken meter. But, don’t forget that you still have to prove that all the meters on one side of the street were broken, if you get a parking ticket.

Commentary
Firstly, I would like to thank all the wonderful people who used their valuable time to take the quiz. In the same vein, learning takes relentless repetition. But, above all, I sincerely hope that the knowledge gained will translate into money saved.
Secondly, there are a few questions and answers I’d light to highlight:
-Parking on Sunday is still free
-The 5-Minute Grace Period is still alive and well
-A driver can no longer transfer paid parking time from one blockface to another
Thirdly, and most importantly, be safe.
Regards,
Larry
