(1) stopping, standing, and parking is permitted except in areas where stopping, standing, and parking rules are in effect seven days a week (for example, “No Standing
Anytime”).
(2) Accordingly, parking meters will not be in effect on major legal holidays.
(3) ASP Rules are suspended

Hello Larry, This is Tee Kay I just read that NYC DOT wants to make Grand Army Plaza a car free zone Is there anywhere I can find a picture of this plan? Perhaps you can post a picture of what this may look like? I pass that area every day. I am wondering, the cars coming down Eastern Parkway where will they go when they come to Grand Army Plaza.
