Don’t get a costly parking ticket because you didn’t know the special parking rules for Sundays and Holidays.
Major Legal Parking Holidays and Sundays
(1) stopping, standing, and parking is permitted except in areas where stopping, standing, and parking rules are in effect seven days a week (for example, “No Standing
Anytime”).
(2) Accordingly, parking meters will not be in effect on major legal holidays.

Hello Larry, This is Tee Kay I just read that NYC DOT wants to make Grand Army Plaza a car free zone Is there anywhere I can find a picture of this plan? Perhaps you can post a picture of what this may look like? I pass that area every day. I am wondering, the cars coming down Eastern Parkway where will they go when they come to Grand Army Plaza.
