You can park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, as long as a licensed driver remains seated behind the wheel of their car (passenger vehicles, only), with the keys, ready to move, upon the request of a cop or warrior, between sunrise and sunset. I call this the Fiddler on the Roof Defense.
