If you owe the Evil Empire $350 or more in unpaid parking ticket fines and penalties in judgment, beware the van with a license plate scanner on the roof. It’s searching for your vehicle.

A highly motivated team of Darth Vaders are ready to immobilize their prey in 90 seconds by attaching a yellow boot to the wheel.
