Parking challenges

NYC drivers are always faced with parking challenges. However, most of them involve figuring out whether it is safe to park in a specific area.

But, currently drivers and residents have been bombarded with some significant changes in their quality of life. For example, do they want to navigate the city sidewalks and dodge waiters, diners, and overflowing garbage? Or, are they big fans of outdoor dining?
