I think we all agree with Captain Obious that a NYC parking nightmare is morphing from a simple disaster to an out-of-control crisis. On-street parking is being gobbled up by restaurants and a gluttony of ride- share programs.
Are there any workable solutions in our future? Or, just a growing surge of challenges?
