The Evil Empire announced significant changes to the parking fines for commercial vehicles registered in the Stipulated Fine Program. For example, a double parking violation has been raised from $35 to $65.
This is a significant increase, but the full price for a double parking ticket is $115. Does a commercial vehicle deservce this reduction?
