NYC Parking Rules for holidays and Sundays can be confusing.

Trying to remember whether a holiday is a Major Legal Holiday or just a plain old Legal Holiday can be a pain in the neck (or wallet). But Washington’s Birthday is a legal parking holiday in NYC.

The only benefit bestowed to drivers on NYC legal parking holidays is suspending alternate-side parking rules
