- A commercial organization
- Enrolled in the Fleet Program
- Engaged in quick deliveries or services
Today, let’s check the third leg of the NYC parking ticket settlement programs.
The Commercial Abatement Program
To be eligible you must be:
- A commercial organization
- Enrolled in the Fleet Program
- Engaged in commercial activity other than fast deliveries or services
Here’s the deal. You agree to pay pre-set, reduced fines for each offense. In order to take part, you:
- Waive all rights to a hearing
- Agree to accept the determinations of the PVB as final
- The summons you receive shall be deemed finally adjudicated
- You may not challenge or contest any of the tickets for any reason either administratively or in court
