Commentary
When you thought it was safe to park for free on Sundays, you learn that it depends on the language on the parking sign that regulates your space. For example, if a sign doesn’t display any day/hours limits, it means “all days and times.” And therefore, you can’t park for free.
You can’t park there, period. Likewise, make sure you know the difference between “including” and “except” when parking safely for free on Sundays.
What about paper signs? Those paper signs can be diabolically confusing. But, the author must display their identity. And have the authority to post the paper signs.
Be safe.
